Yard Sale/Craft Fair
The Ladies Auxiliary of the Brookhaven Fire
Department will be hosting a Yard Sale/Craft Fair on Saturday, May 31, and
Sunday, June 1st, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Brookhaven Fire
Department, 2486 Montauk Highway, Brookhaven. Space will be available to
rent for a $25.00 fee per day. An additional charge of $5.00 per day for
table rental or you can bring your own. If interested in renting a space,

Poker Run
On Saturday, May 10, 2008, the Hagerman Fire Department
will sponsor its first annual Poker Run. The event will feature 50/50, live
music, $2 food, soda, beer, and raffles. There will be prizes for best hand,
low pair, five aces, first bike pack. There is a $10 admission to the party
for non-registered riders or passengers. The bikes will leave the Hagerman
FD, 510 Oakdale Avenue, E. Patchogue at 10:00 a.m. (Registration is from
8-9:30 a.m.) and end back at the Hagerman FD with party to follow. (The last
bike to arrive by 2:00 p.m., the party will go on until 7:00 p.m.) The entry
fee for riders is $20 (pre-registration), and $25 the day of the event. The
first 300 pre-registered riders will get a free T-shirt. Print registration

Barbeque
The Red Knights International Firefighter Motorcycle Club, Long Island
Chapter, New York 26 is holding a barbeque on Saturday, May 17, 2008. The
event will start at 4:00 p.m. Party into the night and enjoy good food, good
friends, and good times at Maples in Manorville, NY. There will be live
entertainment, door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and more. Meet the girls of Fire
Rescue LIVE. Admission for the event is $15.00 per person. It includes food,

First Annual Golf Outing
The Nassau County Firemen’s Association
Campaign and Hospitality Committee will be hosting the First Annual Golf
Outing in support of their FASNY candidates at the Eisenhower Park white
course on Tuesday, May 13, 2008. Registration is at 6:30 a.m., with a shot
gun start at 7:30 a.m. The cost is $135 per golfer, which includes greens
fees, a continental breakfast, and dinner. For more information, contact
